What's your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 72 hours before event start time. Within 72 hours, tickets may be exchanged for another event or converted to venue credit. All requests must be submitted through your account portal or by contacting customer service.
Are there age restrictions for shows?
Comedy shows are typically 18+ with valid ID, with select shows being 21+. Music events vary by artist - check the specific event page for age requirements. All ages shows welcome attendees under 18 with a parent or guardian.
How early should I arrive?
Doors typically open 90 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early to allow time for parking, security checks, and finding your seat. Early arrival also gives you time to enjoy our food and beverage offerings.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes! Tickets are easily transferable through your account. Simply log in, select the tickets you wish to transfer, and enter the recipient's email address. They'll receive instructions to claim their tickets instantly.
